Day 1: Begin your journey with a pickup from the airport or your hotel in Kathmandu. In the evening, attend an orientation and tour briefing, then spend the night in Kathmandu.
Day 2: On day two, visit the Buddhist sites of Kathmandu. Enjoy a guided visit to Swayambhunath, Boudhanath Stupa, and Kopan Monastery. Learn about Tibetan Buddhism from local monks and take part in an optional meditation session. Spend the night in Kathmandu.
Day 3: On day three, fly to Lumbini, the birthplace of Buddha. Visit the Sacred Garden, Maya Devi Temple, and Ashoka Pillar. Walk through the Monastic Zone, home to Theravada, Mahayana, and Vajrayana monasteries. Spend the night in Lumbini.
Day 4: On day four, take a day trip to Tilaurakot, the palace ruins of Siddhartha’s youth. Visit archaeological and museum sites before spending the night in Lumbini.
Day 5: On day five, drive or fly to Pokhara. Visit the World Peace Pagoda, set atop a ridge with Himalayan views. Enjoy Phewa Lake and lakeside leisure before spending the night in Pokhara.
Day 6: On day six, Pokhara city sightseeing, Brindabasini Temple, Gupteshwor Cave, Devid falls etc. and evening return to Kathmandu by flight.
