The tour includes both guided and independent exploration time.
Children under the age of 18 might be requested to show their ID card at the entrance of the site, so please bring it with you on the tour
Please note that infants free of charge do not have a reserved seat on the bus.
You will not be able to join our tour if you have any luggage or suitcases with you as we do not have a storage space to accommodate items on our coaches. We are also unable to take responsibility for any baggage that would be left on the coach during your tour time.
Please be advised that in the case of events beyond our control, we may need to adjust our itinerary to ensure the safety, quality, and satisfaction of your travel experience.
It is imperative to arrive promptly at the meeting point, at least 20 minutes prior to departure time. Late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.
