Shoulders and knees must be covered to enter St. Mark's Basilica.
The Basilica may close without notice due to religious services or special events.
Skip-the-line access does not exempt visitors from mandatory security checks.
The audio guide requires a charged smartphone, headphones, internet access, and at least 300 MB of free storage.
Basilica tickets are non-transferable.
Official ticket prices: €12 (Basilica) | €18 (Bell Tower). The remaining amount covers organization, staff assistance, the audio guide, and, where applicable, a licensed guide or host.
Bell Tower access is by elevator only.
As per new rules in effect from July 1st, 2025 all participants must enter together with their guide or host.

Please meet us at Piazzetta dei Leoncini, located next to St. Mark's Basilica in Venice. Look for the small square with two lion statues, directly in front of the Giobagnara shop.
