About the Ume Experience
Visitors can taste ume syrups and choose from 100 combinations to make their own ume syrups and umeshu by hand.
This activity is available in English for overseas visitors to Japan (Kyoto travelers).
We also have Chinese and Japanese guidebooks available, so anyone can participate.
Guests aged 19 and under are welcome to make ume syrup and participate in the event.
You can make reservations up to two months in advance on our website.

Umeshu making is limited to those 20 years of age or older.
Please book separately if your group wants to do both Umeshu and Ume syrup making.
You can pay for a second bottle or more on-site on the day of your visit.
Late Arrivals: Sessions start promptly with other guests. If you are running late, please contact the store via email. Please note that depending on your arrival time, you may not be able to participate in part or all of the program.
Cancellations: To cancel, please access the "Manage Reservation" page from the link in your confirmation email and follow the instructions.
Important: Do not remove the silicone cap. Keep packed in the box for safe air travel.
