Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure. The bus will depart on time, and we kindly ask you to adhere to the boarding time. We are not responsible for passengers who arrive after the bus has departed.
Sometimes, due to facility closures or restricted visiting hours, we may arrive early at the next destination or conclude the tour earlier. We appreciate your understanding.
Occasionally, delays may occur due to traffic congestion or inclement weather. If you need to catch another mode of transportation, please allow ample time for transit to your next destination.
The duration of visits to each attraction is subject to traffic conditions or the number of participants on the day.
Guests who book the same package will dine together.
If guests book separate buffet and all-you-can-eat Hokkaido melon packages, dining arrangements will be separate. Please take note of this.
Please come to the 1st floor tourist information center at Sapporo TV Tower, don't go looking for the bus.
