The tour may be cancelled if fewer than 6 participants are booked. You will be notified at least 4 days before departure and may choose an alternative date or full refund. Small groups may use a minibus with the driver acting as guide.
Declare your luggage size and quantity at booking. Undeclared or oversized luggage may be refused on the day with no refund.
Dietary requests must be made at booking. No changes within 3 days of departure or on the day.
Arrive on time. No waiting after departure. Latecomers are not eligible for a refund.
Shibazakura and tulips bloom around mid-May to early June but are not guaranteed. Snow and autumn foliage are also not guaranteed. The operator is not responsible for delays due to force majeure.
Bring a raincoat, towel, water bottle, and motion sickness medication.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. The operator is not liable for loss or injury due to force majeure.
