We'll start by exploring flavors of the sea with a food tasting of clams and scallops to learn about some of the products that are part of Peru's extraordinary marine biodiversity.

We'll then move on to a selection of three iconic ceviches from La Mar, where you can discover different ways of interpreting this classic of Peruvian gastronomy. We'll learn about their ingredients, flavors, and the techniques that make each preparation unique.

The experience continues with a Pisco Sour to share and a tiradito, another of the great expressions of Peruvian cuisine that reflects the evolution of our gastronomy and its ability to incorporate different influences.

We will then explore new frontiers of Peruvian cuisine with an Amazonian ceviche, discovering how the ingredients and flavors of the Amazon are also part of the evolution of our cuisine.

To round off the tour, we'll savor Chef Jaime Pesaque's signature seafood creations, where tradition and creativity come together to showcase a contemporary vision of Peruvian gastronomy.

We will also have a dessert to share, and each guest can enjoy a cocktail or coffee, rounding off the experience with one last taste of Lima's culinary diversity.
