Depart from Kathmandu and travel to the Bhotekoshi River. Admire the scenic views of the countryside, hills, and the river valley along the way. Upon arrival, set up camp/local restaurant and enjoy a simple Nepali-style lunch or pre-packed meals.

After lunch, receive a safety briefing and gear up with a helmet, PFD, paddle, and wetsuit. Run the upper section of the river, known for technical and continuous rapids like "Gerbil in the Plumbing" and "The Great Wall."

Return to camp and change into dry clothes. Enjoy hot tea/coffee. Have free time to relax by the river, explore the surroundings and return back to Kathmandu.
