Ica Desert Sandboarding or Sand Skiing

Embark on a day trip from Ica to explore the stunning Peruvian desert and uncover the hidden gem known as the Canyon of the Lost!
Between 6 and 7 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Ica and start our journey southward. Our first stop will be at the Plaza de Armas in Ocucaje, where you'll see famous monuments including the shark, the farmer, and the fighting cocks.

Next, we'll stop at a local restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast and purchase snacks for the road.

Afterwards, we'll head to the Cañón de los Perdidos, or Canyon of the Lost. Our first stop in the canyon will be at a viewpoint offering impressive views of this geological wonder.

We'll then visit the natural sanctuary of Cañón de los Perdidos. Here, you'll learn about its formation and have the opportunity to take photos outside the canyon's mouth. We'll also take a leisurely stroll along the canyon's edge, where the Ica and Seco rivers meet, and observe various native fauna such as owls, black vultures, and lizards.

Before concluding our visit, you'll have time to enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. We'll also visit a nearby winery to taste traditional products such as pisco, wine made from pisco, and pisco cream.

Finally, we'll return to Ica, with an estimated arrival at the main square between 3 and 4 pm.
