Calling all pisco lovers! Booking this activity, you'll enjoy a night at Hacienda La Caravedo, where we'll visit one of the oldest distilleries in the Americas.
Day 1
Welcome to Hacienda La Caravedo! We'll meet at 3 pm at the main entrance of this famous hacienda located on the outskirts of Ica. After checking in, you'll enjoy a welcome drink.
We'll then take a guided tour of La Caravedo. As we tour the facilities of this hacienda, we'll see the machinery used in the oldest continuously operating distillery in the Americas, which has been producing traditional Peruvian pisco since 1684.
After visiting the old distillery area, we'll go to the most modern part of the factory to see how pisco is produced today with the latest technology. We'll conclude the tour with a tasting of 3 piscos produced at La Caravedo, whose spirits have been celebrated with numerous awards and recognitions.
You'll have the rest of the afternoon free to enjoy the hacienda's swimming pool and visit the stable. We'll also provide you with a wide variety of children's games for the little ones.
In the evening, you'll have dinner on your own at the hacienda's restaurant, before retiring to a comfortable room overlooking the vineyard.

We'll start the day with a delicious continental breakfast at the hacienda's restaurant.
