This tour is not suitable for guests using a wheelchair or walking cane, as they will not be admitted to the mine

The temperature inside the mine is constant at 15–17°C (59–63°F) – please dress warmly
The route includes approximately 700 steps, so a moderate level of fitness is required
The underground tour lasts around 4 hours
There will be a break during the tour, and toilet facilities are available inside the mine
