Join a Hatha yoga class and guided meditation session. Enjoy a mindful walk to a secluded location and connect with nature in a small group setting followed by a Detox drink at our Cafe Zimzala .
Begin your experience with a mindful walk to a private location on the beach, surrounded by the energy of the cliffs and the sound of the waves. As you walk, feel your body slow down, your mind become silent, and your breath naturally find its rhythm.
Once you arrive at the practice location, enjoy a Hatha yoga class. Through conscious movement, breathing, and meditation, create space to release tension and connect with nature.
