4 Day Primates Trekking in Rwanda

Day 1: Pick up From Kigali to Nyungwe National Park Via King's Palace Museum

Your Driver Guide Will Pick you up from your Hotel/Airport in Kigali, and Transfer to Nyungwe National Park. The Drive will take about 5-6 hours In the Journey; you will Visit King's Palace Museum where you will Learn more about the Rwandan History. Later you will have enroute Lunch and proceed the journey.

Up on arrival In Nyungwe National Park, you will Check into your Hotel/Lodge Later Have Dinner and Overnight stay.

Day 2: Chimpanzee Trekking and Transfer to Volcanoes National Park

Wake up early to a delicious breakfast at your lodge/Hotel, head to Nyungwe National Park Office for a briefing about chimpanzee trekking. Head into the forest searching for chimpanzees, the activity takes about 3 hours giving you the opportunity to watch a number of primates including black and white colobus monkeys, olive baboons, black and white colobus monkeys as well as the rainforest. Spend one hour in presence of the chimpanzees, watching them feed, groom and folic in the rainforest.

After the Chimpanzee Trekking experience, you will Have Lunch and take the journey to the Volcanoes National Park. the Drive will take about 5-6 hours to reach in Musanze District, you will pass through the beauty landscape of Rwanda and the Panoramic View of the Lake Kivu. Up on arrival in Musanze, you will Check into Your Hotel/Lodge Later have Dinner and Overnight Stay.

Day 3: Mountain Gorilla Trekking Experience

Early Morning at 6:30am after your breakfast, your driver guide will transfer you to the park Office for Briefing about Gorilla trekking. after briefing you will proceed to the starting point with Passing through Local Community along the way. Later you will start the trek, gorilla trekking takes about 2 to 6 hours depending on the gorillas' movements, as their territory can cover up to 40km (25mi). The park rangers and guides will clear the path and assist you through the forest.

Spending an hour with this family group will be an unforgettable experience you can take photos or videos. After 1 hour is up, we will gradually make our way out of the forest. thereafter you will have Lunch in one of the Local Restaurants later proceed to your hotel/lodge for rest and relax. You will have Dinner and Overnight stay.

Day 4: Golden Monkey Trekking and Return to Kigali

Early Morning at 6:30am After your breakfast, your driver guide will transfer you to the park office for briefing. After briefing you will proceed to the Starting Point. Later you will start the trek, trek to see them is easy and takes about 1 to 2 hours. you will take several photos or videos if it's possible. Later you will have Lunch and Return back to your hotel/airport.
