The festival takes place on the full moon night of the 2nd month of the Thai Lanna Calendar, which varies each year.
The festival is characterized by the decoration of houses with hanging Khom Loy lanterns.
Locals gather at temples to listen to monks’ prayers and offer lanterns as a form of devotion.
The same vehicle will be used for both the outbound and return trips (please note the car number and do not switch vehicles). Each car accommodates 10 people. Once all passengers are on board, the car will depart for the CAD event venue. If you miss the designated pick-up time, please arrange your transportation to and from the event on your own.
