The 3-hour option includes a 2-hour walking tour and a 1-hour cruise. The meeting point is in front of the World of Franz Kafka, which is dedicated to the famous writer of Jewish origin. You will walk through the historic Old Town Square and see important landmarks such as the 600-years-old Astronomical Clock and a former residence of the Jewish Kafka family in the House of Last Minute. You will also see a playful Franz Kafka Monument in front of the stunning Spanish Synagogue.

Further along you will pass next the Old Jewish Cemetery and the Pinkas Synagogue, which houses the Memorial of Holocaust Victims of Bohemia and Moravia with 77,297 names of the concentration camp victims listed on the walls. At the riverbank of the Vltava River you will also see magnificent Rudolfinum, which is a site of the events from a famous Czech novella entitled ‘Mendelssohn is on the Roof’.

The main attraction of this Jewish tour will be a boat cruise, which will take you on an exciting voyage along the Vltava River with amazing views of the ‘city of a hundred spires’. You will see the Jewish Quarter from a new perspective and learn more about Prague’s history from a special audio guide. Admire a unique Moorish-style building with arabesques, gilt and polychrome motifs on the facade, and step inside to marvel at the 19th century interior with a showpiece Torah ark. The synagogue is part of the Jewish Museum complex and hosts a permanent exhibition of Jewish history from the 18th century Enlightenment period to the present day.
