To redeem your ticket, please present the order number at the designated ticket redemption point: the Red Service Kiosk at 1416A Lujiazui Ring Road, Pudong New Area (Next to Ajisen Ramen). After collecting your ticket, you may board the sightseeing bus at any stop along the designated route.
Please note that both the sightseeing bus ticket and the attraction ticket are valid for same-day use only and must be redeemed on the same day.
Children 1.3 meters or below ride free without a seat. One adult may bring one free child.
We will need your name and passport number for park registration and admission. Please also bring the physical passport on the day of tour.
