Starting from the Guilin Sheraton Hotel, located in the city center on the banks of the Li River. With our professional foodie tour guide, we'll delve into the authentic flavors of this vibrant city.

Our journey begins with a tasting of Guangxi's unique specialty, suan ye (sour vegetables), where you'll experience an entirely new way to enjoy vegetables and fruits. Then we will indulge in the classic lotus seed paste, a beloved local treat.

Next, we dive into the main course: luosifen (snail rice noodles) and changfen (rice rolls). Both made from rice, but have very different flavors. While they are often categorized as street food, locals often enjoy them as a full meal. If you don't like the strong smell of Luosifen, trust me, Changfen must be your best choice.

Finishing with a bowl of special sweet soup (dessert) will leave your taste buds fully satisfied.

Finally, we’ll end our trip at a craft beer bar, where you can continue to soak in the lively nightlife or choose to return to the hotel.
