The first stop is the Añashuayco quarry, reached after approximately 45 minutes. Here, you will explore a spectacular canyon with massive white stone walls shaped by centuries of extraction. You will learn how sillar is formed, extracted, and used in the construction of the city.

During your visit, you will interact with local artisans and watch a live demonstration of traditional carving techniques. You may also have the opportunity to try shaping the stone yourself, making this a truly hands-on cultural experience.

Throughout the tour, enjoy panoramic views from the Mirabus and take great photos of the surrounding landscapes.

After the visit, you will return comfortably to Arequipa city center, where the activity ends
