Stay overnight in the Longji Rice Terraces and explore beyond a day trip. This two-day journey from Guilin combines Huangluo Yao Village, the Jinkeng Dazhai terraces, Ping'an Village and Longji Ancient Zhuang Village, with an English-speaking guide, hotel transfers and one night in a terrace-view guesthouse.
Day 1: Huangluo Yao Village, Jinkeng Dazhai and overnight stay
Meet your guide at your Guilin city hotel and travel into the Longsheng mountains. Visit Huangluo Yao Long Hair Village to learn about Yao culture, then continue to the Jinkeng Dazhai Rice Terraces. Walk to scenic viewpoints for photographs and views across the layered fields. The cable car is an optional extra, payable separately and subject to operation.
Check in to a local terrace-view guesthouse in Longji. Staying in the mountains gives you time to enjoy the village atmosphere and, when the weather permits, sunset light over the terraces. One night of accommodation and breakfast are included; other meals are at your own expense.
Day 2: Sunrise, Ping'an and Ancient Zhuang Village
Rise early for the chance to see sunrise over the terraces, weather permitting. After breakfast, explore more viewpoints before visiting Ping'an Village and Longji Ancient Zhuang Village. Discover traditional wooden houses, rice-terrace landscapes and Zhuang culture with your guide. Return to Guilin in the afternoon with hotel drop-off.
Choose a shared 4-, 8- or 16-person group option, or a private tour reserved for your party. All are two-day tours with an overnight stay; select the group arrangement that suits you and read the option details before booking.
Walking on village paths and steps is part of the experience. The order of visits may change with weather, road conditions or operations. Terrace colors and water levels vary with the farming season, and sunrise and sunset views cannot be guaranteed.

One terrace-view guesthouse night and basic breakfast are included. Cable car, lunch and dinner cost extra. Bring a small overnight bag; large luggage is not allowed.
Sunrise and sunset depend on weather. The itinerary order may change due to weather, roads or operations. If a significant part of the tour cannot be provided, a suitable alternative or a full refund will be offered.
During peak travel periods, a guesthouse of the same standard may be arranged if the original accommodation is unavailable. If the traveler does not accept the replacement, a full refund will be offered.
