• A maximum of 3 passengers is allowed per helicopter.
• The maximum weight per passenger is 300 lb (135 kg).
• The maximum total combined weight per flight is 550 lb (250 kg).
• Passengers must present a valid photo ID at check-in.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled flight time for safety briefing and boarding.
• Pregnant women and passengers with recent surgeries, heart or back conditions should consult a doctor before booking.
• Flights are subject to weather and air traffic control conditions; if rescheduled, you will be offered the next available slot or a refund.

• Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to fly.
The building has a beige exterior with white trim and an orange roof, located right at the corner of SW 77th Way and W Airport Road.
You’ll see a small orange canopy above the main entrance, which is the check-in area. Free parking is available directly in front of the building.
