Portland: Casco Bay Boat Tour with Island Yoga & Mimosas

Escape the city for a morning on Casco Bay with a small-group boat tour, island yoga, mimosas, and locally baked morning bites.
Begin your day by departing from Portland and cruising through Casco Bay aboard an intimate powerboat. Take in views of the islands, coastline, and working waterfront before heading ashore for an all-levels yoga flow by the water.

After practice, return to the boat for mimosas and morning bites from one of Portland’s most-loved local bakeries as you relax, take in the scenery, and enjoy the cruise back to Portland.

This experience is designed to be more than a traditional yoga class or boat tour. It is a chance to slow down, move, and experience Casco Bay in a more personal way.

With a maximum of seven guests, the experience stays intimate and relaxed. No previous yoga experience is necessary, and yoga mats are provided.

Private boat experiences are also available for birthdays, bachelorettes, celebrations, and other groups on Casco Bay and Sebago Lake. Each outing can be customized with island yoga, guided wine tastings, mimosas, scenic cruising, or a combination tailored to your group. Casco Bay experiences can accommodate up to seven guests, with Sebago Lake experiences available for groups of up to ten.

EMBODY Aboard is also available for guests looking to add private yoga, wine tasting, or both to their own yacht or private vessel.
