Experience the snowy woods and the frozen Gulf of Finland on a snowmobile tour from Helsinki. Enjoy a fun way to explore the Helsinki archipelago during winter.
Meet your guide at the Helsinki Cathedral (Senate Square) and drive to the snowmobile center with a car or minibus. When you arrive at the snowmobile base, get provided with a warm snowsuit, boots, gloves, balaclava, and helmet.
Listen to a short safety briefing and driving instructions. Set off in a convoy led by the guide. Experience the beautiful frozen archipelago with your attentive local guides.
Make several stops during the tour and learn about living in the archipelago. At an island, make a longer break and enjoy lunch cooked over an open fire and warm drinks. During the lunch break, have a chance to try snowshoe walking or ice fishing.
After the break, continue your adventure back to the snowmobile center. Spend approximately 2.5 hours on the snowmobile tour, with one hour reserved for transfers and 30 minutes for dressing and a safety briefing.
After the snowmobile tour, drive back to the Helsinki city center.
