Opis

Discover our family estate at sunset: tour of the winery with the winegrowers, dinner in the middle of the vineyards, and food tasting of 6 wines carefully paired with the menu.
Welcome to Domaine Allegria, an organic family vineyard located on the slopes of an ancient volcano in the heart of Languedoc.

Upon arrival at the estate, we welcome you with a glass of rosé wine and a few homemade specialties to enjoy while facing the vineyards.
As the sun begins to set over the volcano, you will have time to explore this unique landscape shaped by the vineyard.

We then invite you to visit our wine cellar. Accompanied by the winemakers, you will discover the different stages of wine production, from the vine to the bottle, and you will be able to ask any questions you may have about our profession, our family history, and our commitment to organic farming.

The evening continues around our large table set in the middle of the vineyards. In a warm and relaxed atmosphere, you will enjoy a dinner prepared with local and seasonal products. Each dish is accompanied by a wine from the estate, carefully chosen to create a harmonious food-wine pairing.

During the meal, we will tell you the story of our vintages, our plots, and this exceptional volcanic terroir. You will taste a total of six wines from the estate while enjoying the beauty of the landscape and the mild summer evenings.

The experience begins and ends at Domaine Allegria, in Caux, near Pézenas. An authentic evening to discover wine in a different way, right where it is made.
