Embark on a flexible 7-day coach loop through France, Switzerland, Italy and Monaco. Join for one or more days and start or finish in selected cities. The route combines Swiss lakes and mountains, Italy’s major art cities, the French Riviera and Monaco. Highlights include Lucerne, Milan, Venice, Rome, Florence, Pisa, Monaco, Nice and Cannes. A complimentary 1-hour guided city walk in Rome is included. If the activity provider cannot provide this included Rome city walk, customers will receive a full refund for the affected booking.

Day 1: Paris to Lucerne
Depart Paris and travel toward Switzerland, passing the Basel area before continuing to Lucerne. If time permits, visit the Lion Monument and Chapel Bridge and enjoy free time around the old town and lake. Overnight in Lucerne or nearby.

Day 2: Lucerne to Milan to Venice
Cross into Italy and stop in Milan. See the exterior of Milan Cathedral and explore the nearby Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. Cathedral admission is optional. Continue to Venice or nearby for the overnight stay.

Day 3: Venice to Rome
Take local water transport to Venice’s historic island area. Explore St. Mark’s Square, see St. Mark’s Basilica, the Bridge of Sighs and Grand Canal, and walk through the shopping lanes. Optional gondola and canal experiences may be available. Visit a traditional glass factory for a glass-blowing demonstration, then continue to Rome. Overnight in Rome or nearby.

Day 4: Rome to Arezzo
Join the included guided Rome city walk with a headset. See the Colosseum from outside, the Arch of Constantine, Altare della Patria and Trevi Fountain, with photo stops at key landmarks. Admission to paid attractions is optional and is not required to continue the tour. Leave Rome in the afternoon and travel toward Tuscany. Overnight in Arezzo or nearby.

Day 5: Arezzo to Florence to Pisa to Genoa Area
Visit Florence and enjoy views from Piazzale Michelangelo. Explore the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Ponte Vecchio and the Santa Croce area. Continue to Pisa to see the Leaning Tower and cathedral square. Entry to paid monuments is optional. Travel to a city near Genoa for the overnight stay; Genoa sightseeing is not included.

Day 6: Genoa Area to Monaco to Nice to Cannes to Avignon Area
Travel along the French Riviera. Visit Monaco and enjoy views from the hill near the Prince’s Palace. Continue to Nice to see the Bay of Angels and Promenade des Anglais, then visit Cannes for the festival venue and handprint walk. Stop at a perfume-producing town for a fragrance factory visit before continuing to a city near Avignon. Avignon sightseeing is not included. Overnight near Avignon.

Day 7: Avignon Area to Paris
Travel directly to Paris, arriving around the evening. The tour ends in Paris.
