Punctuality: Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed; late arrivals will result in a shortened session.
Weather: In case of extreme weather, we will contact you to reschedule or offer a full refund.
Minors: Children and participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
Assistance: Guests requiring specialized assistance or medical care must be accompanied by their personal caretaker.
We will meet directly at the Martin Luther Statue in the center of the Neumarkt square, located right in front of the main entrance of the Frauenkirche. Your photographer will be standing near the base of the statue holding a sign that says "#TheKeepsakeLegacy". Please arrive 5 minutes early to ensure a smooth start to your session.
