Your passport serves as your official entry ticket, and no physical or electronic ticket is required. On your visiting day, please proceed to the main entrance of the Terracotta Army and present your original passport for verification. You must bring the exact passport used for booking, as entry is only permitted with matching valid documents.
2.Peak Season Notice
During peak seasons, pre-booked visitors may still need to queue for entry, as all queuing guests hold valid reservations. Our team will strive to provide efficient entry service for all visitors, and your patience is highly appreciated. To avoid long waiting times, we recommend arriving between 8:00–10:00 in the morning or 14:00–15:00 in the afternoon for a more comfortable visit.
3.Important Passport Verification
Please carefully check your passport number against your booking confirmation immediately. Any discrepancies, including spelling or numerical errors, may result in entry refusal. Please contact us promptly to update your information if any mistake is found. We cannot guarantee entry for visitors with mismatched or invalid passport information.
4.Ticket Validity & Visiting Hours
The ticket is valid for the entire day on your reserved date, allowing entry at any time during opening hours. Official visiting hours are 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., with the last entry at 4:30 p.m. For bookings made via GetYourGuide or other third-party platforms, please ignore the platform QR code, which is invalid at the official entrance. Only original passport verification is accepted for entry.
