Receive helpful advice about Bavarian beer, food, customs, and festival etiquette so you can enjoy the evening with confidence. As you approach the festival, soak in the unique atmosphere, pass the famous entrance, and take memorable photos before your host escorts the group directly to your reserved table inside one of Munich's iconic beer tents.
Depending on the option selected, your reservation will be in either one of the traditional Oktoberfest beer tents (Armbrustschützenzelt or Paulaner) or inside the charming Oide Wiesn, the historic section of the festival known for its authentic Bavarian atmosphere.
Once everyone has arrived at the table, your host will ensure everything is in order before leaving you to enjoy the rest of your Oktoberfest evening independently.

Your host will be wearing a visible badge labeled “Munich VIP Beer Festival Experiences”, making it easy to recognize. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time to ensure a smooth and relaxed beginning. After a short introduction, the group will enter the festival together and head directly to the reserved table inside the beer tent.
