Relax and unwind in Hoco Sauna in Cork City. Enjoy a traditional Finnish sauna and ice baths that create their own ice. Savor a freshly made smoothie or Granola bowl.
Nestled against the rock face of an old industrial cold store, Hoco Sauna is a hidden gem on the outskirts of Cork City. Step into a cozy 14-seater sauna, embrace the invigorating experience of ice baths, and enjoy the physical and mental benefits of hot and cold exposure.

Whether you’re taking your first steps into wellness or you’re already well along your journey, there’s a seat for everyone here. Disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with yourself and others.

Enjoy guided sauna and ice-bath experiences incorporating breath work, meditation, and mindfulness, alongside private group sessions, corporate experiences, and special wellness events.
