For the Day Cruise, we set sail to Dia Island at 09:00 and return to Heraklion at 14:30. For the Sunset Cruise, we depart for Dia Island at 15:00 and return at 20:30.
We offer transfer services upon request, subject to prior arrangement and an additional charge.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
When making a reservation, please provide each passenger's full name, date of birth, passport or ID card number, and nationality. This information is required by the port authorities to grant approval for the cruise.
Weather conditions:
The cruise is dependent on weather conditions and may be rescheduled or canceled in case of unfavorable weather.In such cases, a full refund of the ticket price will be provided.
Minimum Participation Requirement:
Tours may be cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not met. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
The meeting point is right next to our boat, Mystique II.
You will find it immediately after the Port Police (Heraklion Port Authority), on your right-hand side.
⚠️ Important if you are coming by car:
You can drive inside the port only up to P1 Parking, where you may leave your car if you wish.
From there, you will need to continue on foot. The boat is very close – just about a 2-minute walk along the road.
Please make sure to arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure.
