Fort Kochi has a long and complicated history of dates, events, conquests and colonizers. The old bungalows, towering trees and sprawling grounds all stood witness through the vast changes from a small village to a fortress, to a bustling trading post to our whimsical town of today. It is my passion to collect stories from the neighborhood elders and relate them to Fort Kochi’s historical timeline.
