The 10-hour service starts from your scheduled pickup time. To make the most of your tour, we kindly recommend being ready at the agreed pickup time, as late arrival does not extend the scheduled end time.
If your requested pickup or drop-off point cannot be safely or legally accessed, your driver will arrange a convenient nearby meeting point.
For tours exceeding 10 hours, an overtime fee of JPY 5,000 per hour will apply.
Pickup or drop-off outside the designated areas of Kyoto or Osaka can be arranged upon request and may require an additional charge. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability.
One child seat is provided free of charge per vehicle. Additional child seats can be arranged for an extra fee upon advance request.
