To gain a deeper understanding of the bombing's impact on everyday life, consider visiting some of the preserved buildings outside the park:Fukuromachi Elementary School Peace Museum: This former school building, located near the hypocenter, now serves as a museum. The preserved walls bear messages from survivors, offering a glimpse into the immediate post-bomb period
Hiroshima Bank, Fukuya-cho Branch: Though not typically open to the public, this building survived the blast and stands as a silent witness to the events of that day.
