Explore Montenegro's stunning landscapes on a day trip from Tivat. Visit the Moraca Monastery, Biogradska Gora National Park, the Tara River Canyon, and Durmitor National Park.
Begin your journey in Tivat at 6:30 am and travel to Budva, where you’ll see Skadar Lake and the capital city of Montenegro, Podgorica. Stop for breakfast before continuing through the Moraca Canyon, with photo breaks along the way.

Visit the 13th-century Moraca Monastery and spend 40 minutes exploring the site. Next, head to Biogradska Gora National Park and visit Biograd Lake. Afterward, enjoy a lunch break.

Continue to the Tara River Canyon, the deepest canyon in Europe and the second deepest in the world after the Grand Canyon. See the unique Djurdjevica Tara Bridge, the tallest bridge in the Balkans, and pause for 30 minutes.

Next, visit Durmitor National Park and Black Lake, where you’ll have 60 minutes to explore. Finally, return to Tivat at 11:00 PM.
