Good physical condition is required, as is being acclimatized to the altitude before starting the trek (minimum of 2 days of acclimatization in Huaraz). Entrance fees to local communities are paid in cash in the local currency (soles) during the tour.
We'll meet in front of Huaraz Cathedral in Plaza de Armas. The tour guide or representative will be holding a sign with the agency logo for easy identification. Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of the agreed time.
