After a quick safety briefing and equipment fitting, launch with a small group and enjoy supportive on-water coaching as you build confidence and settle into an easy rhythm. You’ll explore the southern end of Lake Windermere, taking in the calm atmosphere around Fell Foot and its lakeside setting.
From there, continue onto a scenic route that includes the River Leven at the lake’s southern tip before heading north to open up wider views—classic Windermere water and mountain panoramas as the light shifts toward evening. Your guide will adapt the pace and route to suit the group, keeping the experience fun and comfortable whether you’re new to kayaking or looking for a relaxed, guided outing.
