Hike up to and walk the longest suspension bridge in the Alps. It is almost 500 metres long and 85 metres above the ground at its highest point. It's not for the faint hearted!
Hike up to and walk the longest pedestrian suspension bridge in the Alps. It is almost 500 metres long and 85 metres above the ground at its highest point. The trek starts in Randa which is a 20min train ride from Zermatt and follows a path above the village. Depending on personal preferences you can have a picnic lunch or I can book lunch at the near by hut with stunning views of the valley and Zermatt mountain range. The hike is friendly for all levels including children.
