Meet your driver-guide in Ljubljana and set off on a scenic journey through the backroads of east Slovenia. Travel in a comfortable minivan, ensuring a relaxed and intimate experience.
As you drive, admire the picturesque landscapes, from rolling vineyards to charming villages. Stop along the way to explore cultural sites and enjoy a delicious meal, showcasing the region’s rich culinary heritage.
Your local driver-guide will share insights into the area’s history, culture, and traditions, making each stop a memorable experience. Whether you’re traveling from Ljubljana and or not returning there, this tour offers a unique and authentic way to discover the beauty and charm of Dolenjska and Posavje regions.
We will start our daily journey from Ljubljana and reach our first site seeing area in one hour. First we will visit Castle Brežice in town Brežice. Castle is typical military fortress from 16.th century but offers an 18.th century baroque Knight's hall and a regional museum. Then we will walk the two streets of Brežice town and explore their warmth. After we go to drive the valeys of Krka and Sava river and explore. Driver-guide will stop on scenic areas for photo stop. Then we go for wine and food tasteing in vineyard area. After tasteing we will visit Sevnica town for some coffie time before we head back to drop off point where we arive in 1 hour.
