ETH Zurich Tour: Student Project House - The Maker-Innovator Journey (DE) Private Group Guided Tour

In the Student Project House, not only projects grow, but also new ways of thinking. Students from all disciplines experiment together, let 3D printers whir and bring prototypes to life.
Welcome to the Student Project House (SPH) of ETH Zurich – a place where curiosity becomes the engine for innovation and ideas are given the space to become reality. As soon as you enter, you can feel the special atmosphere of a house that belongs entirely to the students: a creative space without the pressure of grades, without evaluation, but with all the more opportunities to boldly experiment and create something new.

At the beginning of the tour, we dive into our mission: building on the students' curiosity, we inspire and empower them to develop a maker-innovator mindset. As we guide you through the various areas of the SPH, you will experience how this aspiration is lived out in everyday life. You will discover our open makerspace landscape, hear the hum of the machines, see prototypes being created, and meet students working on projects – from sustainable solutions to technical innovations and artistic experiments. They are supported by a coaching team, workshops, and a dedicated community that encourages exchange and collaboration.

During the tour, you will experience the SPH as a melting pot of ideas, passion, and creativity – driven by the shared desire to make the world a little better. Here, students shape a better future by creating and innovating sustainably.
