- For pick-up or drop-off in remote areas of Bangkok, such as Charoen Nakorn or Thonburi, there will be an additional charge of 200 THB.

— Additional Info —

- The no-show policy is 30 minutes
- The operator has the right to refuse the reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicles; there will be no refund in this case
- Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags are not accommodated
- If hotels are located outside of the Pratunam, Silom, and Sukhumvit zones, there is a surcharge of ฿‎200
- If the car breaks down during your journey, the driver will notify the operator, and the operator will arrange for another car or we will contact local transportation. The responsibility must be from the operator's side, there is no issue of refunds.
- There is no issue of refunds for traffic conditions.

- Changing pickup time or points should be informed 24 hours before departure.
- late pickup over 30 mins not over 1 hour, refund 300THB - late pickup over 1 hour, 100% refund.
- late coming of customers 30 minutes -1 hour, 300THB penalty
- Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
