Learn the basics of flatwater canoeing on a guided tour in Texas. Get picked up from your hotel and head to the water for a fun day of paddling.

Meet your guide and get outfitted with a life jacket and paddle. Learn how to launch and land from the bank, and how to paddle forward and reverse. Practice sweep strokes, draw strokes, and turning on the move.

Communicate with your partner and learn about the unseen dangers of canoeing. After your on-land instruction, head to the water and put your new skills to the test.

Paddle through the water and admire the beautiful scenery of Texas. Take a break and enjoy a picnic on the water. After your adventure, get dropped off back at your hotel.
