Introductory or “discovery” dives are instructor-led sessions that do not require prior experience.
A short pre-diving lesson is provided to teach basic underwater communication skills, mask use, and breathing techniques. The dives last approximately 30 minutes, and the total duration, including the practical lesson, is about 2 hours. The dives take place at the level of the coral reef, where marine life thrives. This allows students to interact with the local flora and fauna in a way that is safe for both them and the environment. The dive center offers lockers and showers for tourists.

Diving restrictions: Minimum age of 12 years, and the dive must be completed at least 48 hours before the flight. People with asthma can dive if their condition is under control and they have not had any recent asthma attacks.

There is a theory class before the dive, where the instructors explain the basics of diving and what to do. Later, we went to a coral reef a 5-minute boat ride away, spending 30 minutes underwater. You should allow two hours for the entire activity, including the snorkeling lesson, getting changed, entering the water, etc.
You must be in good health and NOT have any of the following conditions:
