In order to access the Island, you will need to get on a boat from Stresa, Baveno or other cities in Lake Maggiore that offer this transfer service
Ticket prices for Isola Madre:
€21 (Adult 16-99+ y.o.), €12.50 (Child 6-15 y.o.) + Booking Fee €0.60
For children under 5 entrance is fee, the access ticket must be collected at the ticket offices on the day of the visit.
Opening times for Isola Madre are as follows:
From March 15 to October 25, 2025: Open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (last entry).
The palaces close at 5:30 PM.
The gardens close at 6:00 PM.
From October 26 to November 2, 2025: Open from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (last entry).
The palaces close at 4:30 PM.
The gardens close at 5:00 PM.
Opening and closing hours may vary for special events.
0.50 Euros landing fee per island per pax NOT included (to be paid on the spot)
