Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour starts, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable due to operational commitments with boats and suppliers.

If the tour can't happen because of weather, Galapagos National Park rules, or boat problems, you'll get a full refund (100%) of the tour price.
The activity can also be rescheduled or operated with another vessel of similar characteristics, maintaining the same destination and activities.
