Hiking over the Roque Nublo

We will ascend up to 1750 meters high where one of the emblems of Gran Canaria and the Canary Islands awaits us, the Natural Monument of Roque Nublo. We will rest with this wonderful picture and refresh ourselves by eating a snack and start our descent to the town of Ayacata, belonging to the historic town of Tejeda. A perfect ending to a day full of emotions and adventures. The travel starts at the western park of Roque Nublo which gives us magnificent views of our sister island Tenerife and El Teide (the highest point of Spain, about 3718 meters above sea level). With luck and depending on the season of the year we will see the mountain of Teide completely covered with snow, without any doubt its such a really spectacular picture and worth to see it.
