See the highlights of Jamaica's second city on a Montego Bay shopping tour. Buy local handicrafts at the Hip Strip, then shop til you drop at the huge Whitter Village Shopping Mall.
Montego Bay has some of the best golf courses in Jamaica, It is also the birthplace of Jamaica’s national hero The Right Excellent Samuel Sharpe, Reggae icon Jimmy Cliff, and Olympian Yohan Blake. Get to hang out at the famous Margaritaville and the Hip strip.
This tour will take you into the Spring Farm area where you will see some of our beautiful Jamaican homes. After ascending from the hills of Spring farm you now enter the Rose Hall Resort area. You are then driven into Montego Bay for further information and a shopping expedition. The tour continues on the Hip Strip where you can stop for picture taking.
There is a local craft market where you can purchase Jamaican handicrafts and straw merchandise. The Hip Strip is really a thoroughfare (or strip), just about a mile long, found literally minutes across from the Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay.
Whitter Village Shopping Mall is the most ‘elegant’ shopping experience in Montego Bay and comprises 220,000 square feet of retail and mixed-use space. The Mall is situated in Ironshore, Rose Hall, also known as the Elegant Corridor.
There is something for everyone at Whitter Village: Duty-free and Souvenir stores; Bank ATM outlets; Fitness centre; Treasure Hunt Gaming; Food Court upstairs and downstairs; Medical emergency care; US and Canadian embassies and more
