Chankanaab Park is open daily from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Life jackets are mandatory during water activities.
Cameras are not permitted in the water for safety reasons.
Professional photographs are available for purchase.
Sunscreen of any kind, including biodegradable sunscreen, is not permitted inside the facilities.
Cozumel operates on EST, UTC/GMT -5 according to the activity information.
Children under 5 who are taller than 1.19 m must pay the minor rate and participate accompanied by one paying adult.
Children aged 6–12 and taller than 1.20 m may participate without an accompanying adult.
Guests taller than 1.40 m or aged 13 and over pay the adult rate.
Women more than 5 months pregnant cannot participate in water activities.
Women who are 5 months pregnant or less may participate only with another adult and after signing a liability waiver.
