Day 04: Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel (2,470 m; 4-5 hrs; 6 km)

Day 05: Lama Hotel to Langtang Village (3,430 m; 5-6 hrs; 10 km)

Day 06: Langtang Village to Kyanjing Gompa (3,865 m; 4-5 hrs; 7 km)

Day 07: Kyanjing ri Explore and explore around Langtang Valley (4,773 m; 4-6 hrs; 8 km)

Day 08: Kyanjing trek down to Lama Hotel (2,470 m; 4-5 hrs; 10 km)
Lama Hotel to Syabrubesi then drop off to Pokhara.(1,503 m; 4-5 hrs; 6 km)
