Cusco: ATV Tour to Moray with Tasting & Visit the Salt Mines Private & Exclusive ATV Tour Option

We are going to start doing the collecting of our passengers in their respective accomodations (inside historical center) then we will continue with the adventure

The customers are going to do a travel for 1 hour, until to arrive to the andean community Chequerec crossing fields, farms and small village on outskirts of Cusco city, overthere is located our base camp

Our professional guide and the staff will teach them all the instructions, details, functions about the Quads and the geography of the road

We can not departure without the most important, the equipment of security we will provide and help get them safety helmest, gloves and rain coat (for each season that touches us)

For this trip, There will be passengers who dont have much experience driving ATV or never drove it, on the other hand there are customers who have been driving couple of times or years, anyway we will have a practice session for 15 or 20 minutes in the driving circuit

After that, they are going to be ready for this Trip, the entire ATV tour lasts two hours where they will be enjoying the views, landscapes, fields, mountains and some animals, until to get to Moray the enigmatic Inkas building

To enter to Moray or other archaeological sites, we must buy for the tourist ticket the price for each one is 70 soles (partial ticket) or 130 soles (general ticket)

The tourists discover more about the Inkas culture and history while the tour guide will do a explanation about the archaeological complex, also he will give them free time for photos, exploring and eat some snacks (30 min)

Next, we must come back to the base camp and continue with this tour

We have returned to basecamp and the team will clean their clothes with a compressor then we are going to get on the tour bus to visit the next attraction,
Maras

From the basecamp towards Maras town it is 25 minutes

Known as colonial Maras town, overthere we will be able to hold a tasting session in a cultural interpretation center, where we can find varieties of snacks, chips, chocolates and diferents kind of salt, made from the same Maras salt mines, after that we are going to explore the mines

We will have to do a stop at the ticket office before to enter to Maras Salt Mines
the cost for tickets (each person) is 20 soles, then we will continue until to get to our destination

We will have got to the parking area and we got out of our vehicle and we are going to head towards to lower part for have a better view about place

All together we are going to learn about the process of making the famous Maras salt, the benefits, history and in which seasons are harvested, we will have time for photos, follow exploring or enjoy the view (30 min) then we have to return to our Van

Once everybody ready we will be returning to Cusco for 1 hour until the last stop, the customers will be excited, tired or hungry, our last stop will be at plaza Kusipata in the historical center, we can find restaurants to eat something
