Travel back in time as you learn about the history of the cities of Angra do Heroísmo and Praia da Vitória, both of which were the scene of great battles and contain a wealth of historical and cultural buildings.
Discover the history of the cities of Angra do Heroísmo and Praia da Vitória, both of which were the scene of great battles, as was the village of São Sebastião, which was once a land of nobles and played a crucial role in the history of Terceira Island. Check out the monuments, scenery, and natural landscapes the tour has to offer. With a lunch break, you'll have time to savor the best of our cuisine with the traditional "Alcatra Terceirense" dish at a regional lunch (optional). The tour kicks off with a highlight of the UNESCO World Heritage City, Angra do Heroísmo, with stops at places that offer excellent views of the city, with the top of "Memoria", Forte de São Sebastião and a visit to Monte Brasil, observing the São João Batista Fort and a stop at "Pico das Cruzinhas", where you can interact with the animals that live there and enjoy the magnificent view it offers of the city.
The tour heads towards Praia da Vitoria, passing through Ilhéus das Cabras, Vila de São Sebastião, and ending in the city of Praia da Vitoria, where we'll visit its historic center and stop at the Miradouro do Facho, which offers a final view of the city.
