Please arrive at the meeting point at the La Duquesa Cruise Port at least 15 minutes prior to the departure time.

The activity is subject to weather and sea conditions to ensure maximum safety on board. In the event that the provider has to cancel the excursion due to bad weather, you will receive a full refund.

As these are wild animals and we follow eco-responsible protocols, sightings are not guaranteed, although the success rate in the area is high.

It is recommended to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, comfortable clothing, and a light jacket for the sea breeze.

If you are prone to seasickness, we suggest you take appropriate precautions before arriving at the cruise port.

Due to the technical characteristics of the vessel, wheelchair access is not possible.
Head to Puerto de la Duquesa and look for Berth 30. You can easily recognize us by the tall blue banner located right at our mooring point. Your captain will be waiting for you right there, next to the boat “Guantanamera” (you can use the photo of the boat at the berth in the photo gallery as a reference).
